Jaipur to Ajmer Pushkar one Day Tour Itinerary


At morning, your tour driver will pick you up from hotel or any preferred location in Jaipur. Start your journey towards Ajmer, located 130 km southwest of Jaipur. Ajmer is more popular as a gateway to Pushkar.

Upon Arrival at Ajmer, driver will take you to visit the Ajmer Sharif Dargah, a pilgrimage center for the shrine of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, thousands of pilgrims comes every day this place is worth a visit.

Explore Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra, literally shed of two and half days, is yet another attraction of the city beside the sacred Dargah.

After exploring the sightseeing places of Ajmer city, driver will take you and proceed towards Holy city of Pushkar. Upon Arrival at Pushkar, driver will visit you the Brahma Temple the one and only temple in the world dedicated to the Hindu creator-god Brahma, the creator of the world in Hindu mythology. Legend has it that his wife placed a curse on him that restricts his worship to this one city.

Next driver will visit you the Pushkar Lake which is surrounded by 52 bathing ghats (a series of steps leading to the lake), where pilgrims throng in large numbers to take a sacred bath, a dip in the sacred lake is believed to cleanse sins and cure skin diseases.

After visiting the Pushkar, driver will return back to Jaipur. Upon arrival to Jaipur, the driver will drop you back to your hotel.
